Krishnamoorthy Raman

Krishnamoorthy Raman is our Founder & CEO, who has over 35 years of industrial experience in developing new products, innovative technology and conceptualised many new designs in the area of Industrial Products. He did his B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Calicut and Master’s degree in Applied Electronics from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore. He started his career with an Indian Engineering Conglomerate in Mysore, India for setting up and R&D centre in the area of Factory Automation and Robotics and worked over 13 years in developing various products for shop floor automation in manufacturing. Subsequent to that he ventured into a start-up in the area of Factory and Industrial Automation for more than 7 years and was providing Motion control Solutions for Asia Pacific in a partnership with a well known Motion Control Company out of USA.

Vijayarajan

Vijayarajan is our Chief Strategy and Business Leader, who has extensive experience in incubating and nurturing start-ups. He has a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT, Chennai and later did his post graduation in Business Management from IIM, Ahmedabad. Chose to become an entrepreneur thereafter and ran a successful battery separator business for over 23 years. Post acquisition of his business by an American company in 2008, Vijay was the country head of this business for 3 years and later became a strategic advisor for this American company in India. He has continued this advisory role till date. An active Rotarian, he plays golf and bridge during his spare time.

Dr Raja Krishnamurthy

Dr Raja Krishnamurthy is our Chief Innovation Officer with over 25 years of industrial experience and a strong understanding and working knowledge of the complete product development cycle from ideation to commercialization. In a career spanning more than 2 decades, he has experience in driving innovation and overcoming challenges faced by organizations in commercializing concepts while ensuring protection of intellectual property. Raja completed his B. Tech from NIT, Trichy and has a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from The University of Akron and an MBA from Queens University in the US. He worked in the US developing new products from lab to commercial scale for a global organization. Since returning to India, Raja has successfully led teams that developed and launched new product innovations both in Indian and Global multinationals.

Geetha Varadarajan

Geetha Varadarajan is our Chief of Operations who has over 20 years of HR experience working in multinational companies in various roles in the country and for Asia Pacific & Japan region, working closely with HR partners and business leaders on HR strategy and solutions on annual salary budgeting, Bonus, stock planning, executive hiring and global job architecture programs. She has lead various competitive market research initiatives, conducted training programs, designed and supported HR policies on reward and recognition, retention, high performance management, health, pension and insurance, leave, retirement, work life benefits and Stock programs.

Dr Ramalingam

Dr Ramalingam is our specialist and advisor for the Surgical Robotics initiative. He is one of the leading Urologists and experts in Robot assisted surgery in laparoscopy. He runs his own urology clinic and has more than 35 years of experience in laparoscopic surgeries. He is also a consulting professor of PSGIMSR, Coimbatore. He is on the advisory board of NAVTAT SOLUTIONS.
Dr. M. Ramalingam practices at Urology & Andrology Clinic in Coimbatore. He completed MBBS from Coimbatore Medical College in 1976, MS - General Surgery from Coimbatore Medical College in 1986 and DNB - Urology/Genito - Urinary Surgery from Diploma National Board in 1990. He is a member of Indian Medical Association (IMA). Some of the services provided by the doctor are: Ureteroscopy, Prostate Laser Surgery, Blood in Urine (Hematuria) Treatment, Genitourinary Surgery and Urinary Incontinence Treatment/Surgery etc.
