Mr. Chinmay Sengupta

Chinmay Sengupta is a visionary leader in developing innovation and implementing large scale development sector projects. Until 2018, he worked at the ICICI Foundation for Inclusive Growth as its Chief Operating Officer. Currently, he is the CEO of AirV Labs LLP, the Indian subsidiary of AirV Labs Inc, USA. AirV Labs offer a platform technology to create rapid content for Virtual Reality and Mixed Reality scenarios. The technology, a product of years of research at the University of Illinois @ Urbana-Champaign is exclusively licensed to AirV Labs globally. Its groundbreaking proprietary authoring tool rapidly combines 360-degree videos with rich media, content, and text for collaborated and distributed training solutions.

Chinmay's core expertise lies in building organizations and teams. Over 35 years, he has consistently demonstrated the skills of nurturing startups, strategic planning, human resource management, management of change, business operations and entrepreneurship in large, medium and small scale industries spanning aircraft manufacturing and avionics, food processing, packaging, consumer durables, telecom technology and development sector. A graduate in Economics, Chinmay is an alumnus of Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ranchi, where he did his Masters in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations in 1984.
In personal life, Chinmay is an avid marathoner. He started running at a young age of 53 years, ran his first half marathon in 2013, a first full marathon in 2015 and the first ultramarathon, the Comrades Marathon of 90 km in 2016. And there was no looking back. Since then he has run extensively both in India and overseas. A recreational poet and author, he is also passionate about improving the lives of senior adults.



Mr. Sridhar S

Sridhar is an Industry Veteran with over 35 years of experience in Technology and Engineering Industries. During his career spanning over three decades, he held senior management and CXO positions in major technology companies and engineering conglomerates. A widely travelled professional, he has worked with clients across the globe. He has a wide range of expertise in different domains including IT, infrastructure, geo spatial, engineering and technology services. He is a mechanical engineer from University of Madras and a Management Graduate from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
Currently Sridhar coaches technology start-ups providing leadership in their journey towards market leaderhip.

Dr. Ramabrahmam

Ram has over 36 years of professional experience in the area of ASIC/VLSI/EDA with immense expertise in providing leadership in Engineering, R&D, Technology development and mentoring start-ups. He has been successful in driving the India Engineering advantage to establish design centres and labs in Bangalore for Global clientele. Alongside he is known to promote collaboration among business houses and contracting firms towards ecosystems build. He is a passionate mentor with a large dynamic range in building Innovation/ Incubation platforms for start-ups.

Ram obtained his B.E (ECE) in 1982 from Andhra University College of Engineering, Visakhapatnam and Masters in Microelectronics & Semiconductors in1984 from IIT, Kharagpur. Later, while working at ISRO he did his Ph.D in SAW Filters and Correlators for Satellite Communications at the Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru.
During his career he has extensively interacted with global leaders in Semiconductors, Engineering Conglomerates and reputed research institutes. Ram is well connected with a sizeable cross-section people in the this industry especially enjoys the association with budding talent during multiple cycles of Build-Own-Operate-Transfer processes.
Ram has worked across a broad range of technical areas such as Product Engineering & Design Services for Sub-systems including Testing & Field Training and Application Engineering in the field of Semiconductors (VLSI/ ASIC/ EDA) covering Analog, Digital & RF functions and Embedded HW & SW with SI/EMI sign-off. Apart from design & analysis he has a good insight into the materials and processes in electronics and microelectronics lines. He has proven himself multiple times in setting up or scaling up small and medium sized business units in these technical areas.
